Located on the outskirts of the city centre of Ripon this newbuild provided a blank canvas for design. A young couple’s first home which lacked any personality and didn’t reflect them as people. They also have two dogs and very busy lifestyles; it was crucial, therefore, to strike the balance between form and function in the scheme as a whole. The House Collective used a combination of dark and neutral tones to create the refined drama, while also introducing a mixture of decorative accessories to create a homely feel.
